An Educator's Guide to Using CLIPP
With CLIPP, many of the underlying reasons for CAI underutilization were addressed. CLIPP was developed specifically to comprehensively cover the COMSEP national clerkship curriculum and to meet the learning needs of both clerkship directors and their students.
However, we recognize that it takes more than just developing an excellent CAI program to have it used. In other words, "If you build it, they won't come!" To be most effective, CLIPP must formally be integrated into the clerkship curriculum. To assist clerkship directors throughout the country in using CLIPP, we have developed the Instructors' Area of the CLIPP Web site.
