Institutional Subscriptions
CLIPP operates on a subscription
model through the Institute for Innovative Technology In Medical Education (iInTIME), a not-for-profit organization established for the purpose of sustaining CLIPP. The fees charged reflect the operating costs of the Project. For more on the fee structure, please see CLIPP Fees.
Payment and Subscriber Agreement
Once you have notified us at clippsupport@i-intime.org that your institution wishes to use the CLIPP program, we will use your school's total enrollment to determine the amount of the fee.
We will e-mail to you, the instructor, an invoice for the academic year, and direct you to submit your acceptance of the Subscriber Agreement, found online at http://www.clippcases.org/subscribe/index.html. When we have received your school's payment and your acceptance of the Subscriber Agreement, we will open access for your institution to CLIPP.

E-mail Domains
Institutional access to CLIPP is controlled by e-mail domains used by the school. When you notify us of the e-mail domains your students and faculty use, we will enter them into our system. Afterward, your students and faculty can register using their university e-mail address.
Subscription Year
We assume that the subscription year will begin July 1 and end June 30. If your institution has an academic year that begins earlier or later, please notify us, and we will change the subscription year to run concurrent with your academic year.
